On 23 May, Texmo Blank Germany welcomed apprentices and trainers from Paul Maschinenfabrik, a local manufacturer of specialised machinery and equipment, for an in-depth factory tour. The visit offered a behind-the-scenes look at Texmo Blank’s production processes and operational workflows, led by our expert training team.
Following a welcome and safety briefing, the group toured the production facilities. A particular highlight was observing the open pouring of molten metal, a rare and interesting experience to witness. Throughout the visit, our trainers explained how various departments coordinate, how processes are interlinked, and what ensures the smooth running of daily operations.

“Visits like these are a valuable opportunity to showcase our complex production environment and to foster technical exchange, particularly in the context of vocational training,” said Dominik Störkle, trainer for mechatronics and industrial mechanics at Texmo Blank Germany. “We’re always pleased to offer insights into our operations to apprentices from other companies - and equally value when our own apprentices explore different workplaces.”
The tour concluded with an open discussion and Q&A session. Dominik Störkle thanked the visiting group for their interest and engagement: “We look forward to further collaborations. Experiences like this strengthen mutual understanding between companies and encourage cross-industry learning.”
