At Texmo Blank, continuous improvement is not just a buzz phrase — it’s central to the way we work. In March, two successful Kaizen events were held at our German site, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to Lean principles and operational excellence. These workshops focused on analysing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing sustainable solutions.
Employees from across departments collaborated to drive efficiency and enhance quality through targeted, practical actions. Key focus areas included strengthening quality standards and improving delivery performance. Over four intensive days, cross-functional teams developed essential measures to help achieve these goals.

Urim Veseli, Vice President of Operational Excellence, highlights the importance of continuous improvement at Texmo Blank:
“Continuous improvement is woven into everything we do. We believe that consistent, incremental changes lead to lasting impact. Thanks to the exceptional dedication and innovative thinking of our teams, we have already seen meaningful improvements. Their passion and commitment are critical to our ongoing success.”
Through these Kaizen events, Texmo Blank continues to build on its existing culture of operational excellence, where cross-functional collaboration and process optimisation drive greater value for our customers and partners.
